Jocelyn is the Director of Planning Solutions at PlaceMatters and works to promote environmental, economic, and social sustainability in decision-making processes.  She is particularly interested in how best to incorporate and communicate sustainability concepts within a traditional planning context.

headshot_jasonSmall Jason Lally joined PlaceMatters in January of 2008. As a city and regional planner with a background in the information sciences, Jason believes that unexplored synergies exist between the real and virtual environments. His interest is to build and implement tools that inform and expand the processes of planning and decision making.

Jacob_Smith_photo_for_web Jacob Smith comes to PlaceMatters after founding and running Center for Native Ecosystems, a conservation non-profit based in Denver and working across the Rocky Mountain Region.  Most recently he held the position of executive director of the Nooru Foundation, a family philanthropic foundation focusing on biodiversity conservation and education in East Africa.

­­KSPortrait3­Ken is a nationally recognized expert on a broad range of techn­ical and non-technical tools for community design and decision-making.  Ken sits on the Board of the National Charrette Institute and is past Chair of the American Planning Association's Technology Division.

Prior to working for PlaceMatters, Ken worked for the Orton Family Foundation, heading up their Planning Tools Program.
